It was my first time going to G & G Automotive in Skokie let me tell you the people that work there are amazing they greeted me as soon as I came in the door they listened to every detail and they made me feel comfortable. Not like any other shops that has bad service and make you wait for a long time or charging you too much 4 car repair.To the young lady and the young man who were there thank you for a great service I will definitely recommend this to family and friends. So for those who are looking for great service and affordable price come to G & G Automotive in Skokie you won't be disappointed.

Went in for my 1st time today looking for a quick oil change and was not disappointed. Setting an appointment with fast and easy and Jaylene from customer service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Turn around time was incredibly fast and performed within the time estimate given. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody in the area.

I always recommend this place. The highest praise I can give them is, they are honest (and they do good work). I've been quoted much higher prices by other shops, but they get the job done at lower prices. There's truly an absence of BS when I get work done there. The main guy, Phet, is a straight shooter. That's hard to find in this industry.

The owner is the one who fixed my 2006 RX400h, 150,000 miles on it.

He even believes the car could run up to 300,000 miles still- that's peace of mind .

He explains everything to my understanding before he fixes it . He is true and honest . The whole crew on this establishment will instantly makes you feel at home. They will call you or text you even after work hours - this gives me peace and relieves my anxiety .

The price was less than it would have been in the neighboring auto shop . Don't even bother Lexus dealer to compare.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've brought all vehicles here from my 2 Acuras, my fathers 94 Jeep, my now Mercedes and any future vehicles I may have. Also I've sent a few friends here as well with any small problems. The whole place makes sure you're treated like family from the Owner Phet to the front of the house personnel such as Jaylene and Jerry. They're there to make sure any problems that are brought in are to be solved and you're left with confidence.

Don't let that headache of a car problem scare you. Just take it to G&G and they'll make sure it's taken cared of. So while it's in the shop go run and get some Advil and relax knowing your car will be fixed.

Also they just opened another shop in Evanston with a much bigger space to work!

I am kind of far but when I travel, I call my friends for their recommendations. About a week ago, I needed help on my 05 Mazda3. I was told to call this shop and WOW! I had a pleasant experience with my oil change. The lady at the front desk was friendly & informative. Besides the oil change, they checked my brakes, refilled the liquid for the windshield wiper and checked the air filter. Everything was explained to me & nothing was forced for me to purchase. I recommend calling ahead of time to make an appointment. Unbeatable price, quick service & friendly customer service!
